Gold Dew Gardens was established in San Francisco in 2019, and is a collaboration between experienced gardeners with a common background in horticultural studies and an expertise in residential garden design, installation and year-round maintenance. We create naturalistic urban gardens and specialize in California Native bird and pollinator friendly gardens which benefit both people and the local ecosystem.

Professional Qualifications

Thorough education in Landscape Horticulture and Landscape Design, Installation and Maintenance.
Focus on ecological conservation and landscape restoration: California Native gardens, Bird and pollinator friendly gardens, Naturalistic gardens.
Environmentally conscious design and maintenance: water-wise and low maintenance gardens, drip irrigation, pesticide-free Integrated Pest Management, use of recycled and natural materials.
Certified California Native Plant Landscaper.

About Zhanna Goldfine

Zhanna fell in love with plants in the forests, meadows, gardens and city parks of Ukraine, and learned gardening from her grandmother. She took a long detour after coming to the US in 1989 – first working as a Software Developer, and then as a Psychotherapist. Eventually, she completed the training in Landscape Design, Construction and Maintenance, as well as in California Native Plant Landscaping, and came back to doing what she loves most – creating beautiful gardens.
